一、概况与位置
位于坦桑尼亚南中部的乌德宗瓦山脉国家公园（Udzungwa Mountains National Park）是东非一片少为人知却生态极其丰富的山区保护区。公园面积约 1 990 平方公里，覆盖了伊林加省（Iringa Region）和莫罗戈罗省（Morogoro Region）两个行政区。
“乌德宗瓦”（Udzungwa）一词源自当地希希语（Hehe language）“Wadsungwa”，意指居住于山坡的人。
这里的海拔变化从约 250 米一路升至 2 576 米，使得公园涵盖从低地热带雨林、山地森林到草原与高地植被的多种生态。
二、生物多样性与自然景观
乌德宗瓦山脉国家公园所处的山系属于著名的“东弧山系”（Eastern Arc Mountains），该区域长期稳定的气候为高度特有物种进化提供了条件。
公园内植被类型丰富，包括热带雨林、山地森林、米奥莫（miombo）树林、草地和高地草原。
在动物与植物方面，乌德宗瓦拥有超过 2 500 种植物，其中约 25％ 为仅见于此地的特有种。鸟类超过 400 种，是非洲大陆鸟类多样性最多的保护区之一。
特别值得一提的是几种特有灵长类动物，例如仅在此处才能见到的 “伊林加红疣猴”（Iringa red colobus）和 “Sanje 冠绒猴”（Sanje crested mangabey）。
在自然景观方面，瀑布尤为引人注目：例如 “Sanje 瀑布”（Sanje Waterfall）高度约为 170 米，是国内公园系统中较高的瀑布之一。
此外，公园因为无车道通行、主要以徒步方式探访，也为真正想远离拥挤游客路线的旅行者提供了别样体验。
三、访游规划：交通、活动、最佳时间与建议
如何抵达
虽然位于相对偏远的山区，但前往乌德宗瓦并非难事。若从坦桑尼亚沿海城市达累斯萨拉姆出发，开车约 4–6 小时可抵达。公园入口通常位于 Mang’ula 村附近，可经由火车或道路抵达。
请注意，园内多为徒步路径，无传统野生动物观车道路，意味着旅行者需要具备一定徒步准备。
可参与活动
- 徒步／山林漫步：经典线路包括前往 Sanje瀑布的约 3 公里徒步，沿途穿越雨林，可在瀑布底部或上方池中游泳。
- 观鸟与野生动物追踪：凭借400 + 种鸟类与众多特有哺乳类，此地对鸟迷和动物研究者极具吸引力。
- 灵长类追踪：追踪特有种灵长类，如红疣猴、冠绒猴，是一项深度体验。

最佳访问时间与旅行建议
公园的主要旱季在每年 6 月至 10 月，气候相对干爽，适合徒步和户外活动。雨季集中在 11 月至翌年 5 月，其中 3 – 5 月降雨量最大，部分路径可能泥滑、活动受限。
建议旅行者携带适合山林的徒步鞋、防水外套、虫咬防护，同时尊重当地生态保护规则：避免偏离步道、不要干扰野生动物。
另外，由于园内住宿设施较为基本（园内主要为野营或小型帐篷营地，周边村庄亦有简单客栈可选），建议做好提前预订，并且准备基础条件。

We've found ourselves falling in love with nature, hiking, sightseeing, etc. Our trip to Udzungwa last Christmas started as a silly idea, we found ourselves on the road around 3 pm thinking it was going to be a 5 hours drive🤣🤣🤣 it ended up being 8 hours drive🤧 but no regrets! We had ample time to rest, bond, enjoy the food and drinks at Udzungwa Falls Lodge! We went hiking with our 3 kids to the top of the mountains where Udzungwa Waterfalls starts...it was beautiful and highly recommend you to visit!
