Visited for a day hike, and it was a delight. Great scenery and viewpoints along the trail, way. We stopped at 3 waterfalls, lots of options to fill our water bottles. It also has a nice spot to camp. The zebra sightings were a bonus.

This was a great experience. We had lots of fun. It was our first time going out for hiking as family. We would like to explore more at Umngeni Valley Nature Reserve

We did the shelter hike with my son and it was the perfect distance for us. Beautiful hike with lovely facilities. Staff were very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back to try out the other trails.
