阿乌姆瀑布位于尼日利亚埃努古州乌迪地方政府辖区的阿乌姆镇阿穆-乌格乌村，高约30米，由花岗岩岩体构成，顶部有溪流流淌而下。部分水流全年保持温暖，因其宗教意义而吸引大量朝圣者。瀑布毗邻圣母加尔瓦略山修道院，由该修会负责管理，非本地游客需购票入内。从停车点步行至瀑布约需50分钟，修道院内提供基础住宿服务。
