巴马科大清真寺位于马里首都，是西非规模最大的清真寺之一，1968年由时任总统莫迪博·凯塔主持修建，2006年在沙特阿拉伯、卡塔尔和科威特的资助下完成翻新。建筑采用白色石灰岩砌筑，饰有精美雕花和彩釉瓷砖，40米高的宣礼塔尤为醒目，内部以大理石和木雕装饰。主礼拜殿可容纳2000人，四座庭院可扩展至万人规模，寺内设有藏有万册伊斯兰典籍的图书馆和马里历史博物馆，并配备空调系统和现代化音响设备。
