位于阿尔及利亚奥兰历史中心的11月1日广场，是连接港口、海滨和市中心的重要枢纽。广场中央矗立着带有阿卜杜勒卡德尔酋长半身像的方尖碑，象征着阿尔及利亚的悠久历史与抗争精神。广场周围环绕着市政厅和歌剧院等殖民时期的历史建筑，这些宏伟的建筑已屹立百余年。最初，广场为法国军队阅兵而建，但如今已成为奥兰的文化和历史中心。
